In 2008 the ownership of Parfetts passed from the family to our employees. We did this because we believe it provides a number of important benefits for our retailers, their customers and our employees. We have seven cash and carry depots covering the East and West Midlands, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, the North East and North West. We offer a range of over 9,000 products, industry-leading availability and regular promotions driving incredible value plus a click and collect service to save retailers valuable time. All open when you need them to be.
Our FREE symbol group is the fastest growing in the UK with over 1,000 independent retailers across our Go Local, The Local and Go Local Extra fascia options. We have the right format for every store and we keep everything very simple – so you invest less to get more.
We offer free delivery with low minimum order levels plus a click and collect service from our network of depots. So at a time when delivery costs are impacting margins, they don't with us.
We continue to invest heavily in our service to retailers and this includes our digital platforms. We provide hassle-free ordering through our website and our new app, continually adding features that save retailers time and streamline the process. We also drive customers to stores through a wide range of digital channels and social media.

We also run weekly manager’s specials and one day specials, trade specials, showcases, seasonal and event specific promotions. Plus we run weekly supplier takeover events to drive even more value.
